1. Term of Agreement.
These Terms and Conditions apply to the provision of Deluxe Burlesque Ostrich Feather Fans (Pair) and/or Deluxe 10 ply Ostrich Feather Boa by The Feather Factory to the customer.
By accepting these conditions to you agree upon the hire terms set by The Feather Factory.
2. Description of Service
Rental of Deluxe Burlesque Ostrich Feather Fans (Pair) and/or Deluxe 10 ply Ostrich Feather Boa.
The Feather Factory will provide the Fans/Boas of the chosen colour, arrange shipment to and from customer on the agreed upon dates.
3. Shipment and Collection
Items will be shipped on agreed upon date and will be sent next working day delivery (UK only) unless agreed otherwise. Please note we will not ship items without receipt of payment.
We will arrange courier collection for the fan/boas on the agreed date, please keep hold of original packaging to ensure the items are returned in its original packaged state. We will send shipping documents for attaching when collection is organised.
4. Hire Period
The rental period should be agreed upon by both parties before shipment.
We have a maximum 2 week hire period. We ask that the fans/boas are returned within 2 weeks of receipt, if it is for a longer period then there would be an additional cost and this must be agreed prior to the hire.
5. Deposit Refund
When we receive the hired items back we will refund the deposit to the card/account you originally paid with, items that have been damaged through negligence are excluded from this policy.
6. Lost and /or Damaged Items
Please return full fans/boas, items will be assessed and any damage costs will be calculated on return.
Any damage must be paid for, if feathers are lost they are priced at the individual price shown on our website.
