We dye and manufacture all of our Feathers and Feather products in the UK and have most products in stock.
We usually dispatch orders within 1-3 days and wherever possible will dispatch on the same day of receiving an order (depending on time of ordering and stock).

Returns
Goods may be returned within 14 days of receipt for a full refund (excluding carriage).
Please contact us before returning items as unauthorised returns are not permitted.
Items that have been damaged through negligence or use are excluded from this policy.

Order Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact The Feather Factory for a cancellation reference number prior to packing/dispatch of your goods, you will then be entitled to a refund.
If we receive your order cancellation after we have packed/dispatched your goods, then unfortunately you will no longer be able to cancel your order. However, you may be entitled to return the goods to us in accordance with the Returns section below.
Please note if you order bespoke products these cannot be cancelled after work has commenced on their production or returned.
